QUESTIONS ABOUT KLARNA?
All Klarna customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Klarna to make your payments early. Klarna will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Klarna account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
There is no set limit for how many purchases you can place using Klarna. However, the approval decision when shopping with Klarna can depend on the following: Your credit history with Klarna. Your open debt and unpaid orders with Klarna.
If we are unable to collect the payment on the scheduled date, Klarna will try again. If that payment attempt also fails the missed payment will be added to the amount of the next scheduled payment.
Please note, missed payments and unpaid debts are sent to debt collection.

Please refer to our returns policy here. If you return part of your order, once your return has been received and processed you will receive an updated statement from Klarna. If you return your order in full, Klarna will confirm your statement is closed.
